Check-in and Check-out Times
Rooms are available from 2:00 PM. You can arrive earlier and leave your luggage in our storage room.
Check-out time is at 11:00 AM, but upon request, our Hotel offers a late check-out service until 12:00 PM.
You may also leave your luggage free of charge in our storage if you wish to spend more time in Florence.
Are the prices per person or per room?
The prices listed on the website are per room, per night, either room only or with breakfast included.
Do I need to pay a deposit when booking?
No, refundable bookings do not require any deposit.
Which credit cards are accepted?
We accept major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and American Express.
I don't have a credit card, how can I book?
You can book without a credit card guarantee; payment will be requested via a secure link 30 days before arrival, or you can pay by bank transfer or PayPal.
Can I access the internet?
Internet and Wi-Fi connection are high-speed and free. All rooms are equipped with LAN cable sockets for wired connection. The access password is available at the reception.
Is there luggage storage?
Yes, we offer free luggage storage.
You can leave your luggage in storage free of charge before check-in time and after check-out until departure.
Are there any curfew hours?
No, there is no curfew at the Hotel, and reception is open 24/7.
For security reasons, we kindly ask you to always leave your room key at the reception when you go out.
For the safety of our guests, after 10:00 PM we close the entrance gate inside the courtyard, but if you ring the bell and give your name, we will open immediately.
Where can I park my car?
Our partner garage is Garage Michelangelo.
There is always space available for our guests, and the special price is €30.00 for 24 hours for cars up to 4.5 meters long. For longer cars, the price is €35.00 for 24 hours. Garage Michelangelo is only 150 meters from the Hotel and is located at Via Ricasoli, 28.
How can I reach the Hotel if I arrive by train?
Our Hotel is about 900 meters from Santa Maria Novella Central Station. You can reach us on foot in 10–15 minutes or by taxi in 5 minutes at a cost of about €20. You will find all directions on how to reach us on this page.

What is included in the room price?
The room price includes:
- Overnight stay

Also included for the entire stay from 12:00 PM daily is access to our bar corner offering: Tea, Herbal teas, American coffee, assorted cookies, small pastries, and “VinSanto” with almond cantuccini.
Can I bring my pet?
We are sorry, although we love nature and animals, for safety reasons we cannot host any type of animal. However, there may be exceptions, so we always recommend contacting us in advance and speaking with our reception.
Can I smoke in the room?
We are sorry, but all our rooms are non-smoking, as is the entire property. For smokers, our fantastic panoramic terrace is available 24/7.
I have a child, does he/she have to pay?
No, children up to 8 years old stay for free. Children up to 5 years old stay for free in a crib, available on request and subject to confirmation by the Hotel.
Children up to 8 years old stay free if they sleep in the bed with their parents.
How can I cancel my reservation?

Our Bar is open daily from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
